600类签证怎么申诉？
600申诉，也就是visa refusal/rejection的 7513 appeal. 因为是VF（非移民签证拒签）所以不需要I-291号表格。 VF的7513 appeal和IRR (移民签证被拒）8CIA appeals流程是一样的， 都是寄给USCIS USCIS收到你的文件后 会转交到美国领事馆，由他们来审理，并决定是否让你去面谈或者再次被拒。
7513的步骤很简单，就是寄出两份材料就可以了 第一份叫Statement of Facts， 是陈述事实的文件，需要说明被拒理由及你的解释 第二份为Appeal Package，里面包括第一部分的statement of facts 还有支持这份陈述的所有文件。 Appendix B - Statement of Facts 这个部分必须用三孔纸打印， 不能缩进也不能空行。 格式如下：
NAME OF APPLICANT(申请人名字) ADDRESS(申请人的地址， 填护照上的) TELEPHONE NUMBER AND COUNTRY CODE FOR INTERNATIONAL CALLS ONLY (电话号和区号，这个不用填在护照上吧……) DATE OFBIRTH (出生日期) FOREIGN ORIGIN (国籍) NAME & PHONE # OF ATTORNEY (律师姓名和电话） INSTRUCTIONS TO THE USCS OFFICE： Please attach this statement to the Form G-28 and any other required forms submitted in support of your Appeal. 上面两行是填给USCIS和他们的使领馆的，下面这两行是给你律师的 这个部分只要按照上面的格式填写就可以。因为7513 appeal只是递材料没有面试过程， 所以没有什么可以补充的“背景知识”好让面试官对你的案子有更好的理解。
而且如果面试官觉得你的材料不够充分的话 他们会在面谈时要求的（不过一般来说不会）因此这个STATEMENT OF FACTS不需要太长， 一般是一页就够了，最多两页。 下面是例文参考一下： STANDARD STATEMENT OF FACT Name： Date of Birth： Sex： Nationality： Current Residence： Address of Application for Reinstatement： Your Visa was revoked when you arrived at the port of entry on date above， with reason listed below： I explain why my visa was lawfully issued by the consular post issuing it. My application was approved based upon information obtained from the embassy or consulate where it originated， including police reports as specified therein; travel documents that were not expired；and an explanation given during interviews conducted before issuance by both consular officials and State Department staff. Furthermore， there is no lawful basis under which my visa may have been refused. Therefore， I ask that USCIS reinstate my visa so that I can enter the United States without further delay and pursue my intended purpose.
