可以代办，但是需要提供个人资料 申请方式 B1/B2-MUST BE APPLIED AT A VISA APPLICATION CENTER. The applicant must go in person to a Visa Application Center (VAC) and submit his or her application himself or herself with the required documents， unless otherwise specified below： - If the Applicant is under age of 18 he/she should be accompanied by one parent during visa appointment and submission of their personal information at consulate website before submitting an application on behalf of child(ren); In this case， both parents' data will have to be provided for the online registration process; if divorced， please provide information about both parents.
For all children traveling alone， we may request additional documentation from the Parents； eg. Parental consent form， birth certificate etc. Please see sample list of required documents. For infants who aren't traveling alone but are less than two years old they too shall need to present parental information as well. These are just examples and other proofs like court order， affidavit等are not acceptable. We might ask you for more documents depending upon your particular situation.
Note： All parents whose name appears on either passport（for example step parents）of applicants must also be included on the list of accompanying persons. Also note that where there is more than one Applicant listed in Consular Section， only one parent should attend the interview.
Please ensure you bring ALL original supporting documents along when applying since the copies will not be returned after being checked．If necessary， originals can be kept back while copies remain with the consulate. Afterwards， any missing documents could lead to rejection of visas and subsequent payment of processing fees.
